This is how GRIDON works:

    1. You request a viewing; We will come and make an inventory of the work without obligation
    2. We analyze together whether a technical drawing and/or a construction report is available and whether a permit is necessary
    3. GRIDON will prepare a quote within 2 weeks if everything is available
    4. We analyze the quotation together and see whether certain elements such as sliding doors and or roof dome/skylight are of the right price/quality that suit your budget.
    5. GRIDON takes care of the entire renovation in a honest open-calculation method with buildingteam-meetings (scrum method)

We are a reputable small contractor and a member of Bouwend Nederland. With years of experience and numerous successful projects in Amsterdam and its surroundings, we can guarantee our quality. GRIDON has a small management team consisting of engineers and project managers who guide customers through their construction projects. With our in-house architect, we can handle even the most complex renovations.

To keep prices affordable, we are unable to accept projects valued at less than €40,000. For major renovations or refurbishments, a larger team can be deployed to shorten the project duration.

GRIDON has already completed many projects in Amsterdam and the surrounding area (Utrecht, Gooi, Haarlem area) to the full satisfaction of its customers. Of course, the contact details of our loyal customers are available in consultation. The type of complex projects we have delivered vary from construction with complete renovation of 2 floors on the 4th floor, to a double extension (ground floor + 1st floor) in combination with wooden floor replaced by concrete floor due to underfloor heating. etc etc.
